In Short
By using high-protein organic flour and fresh ingredients (roasted cherry tomatoes, homemade sausage, white bean spread), Stone Hearth Pizza's namesake pies aim to please suburban gourmands. The pizzas come in only one size (11-inch), and are baked in a stone hearth oven. Fresh salads are also available; varieties include Caesar with homemade croutons and arugula with roasted Portobello mushrooms, Cobb Hill cheese, olive oil and thyme dressing.
