Roast Beef Poboy
For our roast beef poboy we use mandas finest. Our roast beef is sliced daily and pre-weighed to 4 oz. Per 7-inch poboy. Our roast beef poboys come with your choice of our very special recipe gravy or bbq sauce.
Roast Beef Supreme Poboy
The roast beef supreme poboy features the same 4 ozs of roast beef also along with 2 oz of our fresh sliced smoked turkey and swiss cheese. That is 6 ozs of meat alone!
Ham Supreme Poboy
The ham supreme poboy is the again the same 4 oz. of fresh quality manda supreme roast beef with our baked extra lean ham and swiss cheese.
Super Supreme Poboy
The super supreme is a meat lovers poboy. This poboy is has the most deli meat than any of our other poboys with a whole 8 ozs! 4 ozs of our great tasting roast beef, 2 ozs of baked extra lean ham, and 2 ozs of our juicy smoked turkey.
Turkey Breast Poboy
Our turkey breast is smoked to perfection and very juicy. We prepare this poboy with a handsome serving of 4 ozs.
Ham And Swiss Cheese Poboy
The ham and swiss poboy is what it is. A classic poboy with our fresh sliced baked extra lean ham and swiss cheese.
Expresso Club Poboy
The expresso club features our fresh sliced smoked turkey with our baked extra lean ham and american cheese. It has 2 oz of ham and 2 oz turkey for a total of 4 oz of juicy meat.
Our no1 selling poboy! We order fresh 70-90 (shrimp per pound) louisiana white shrimp. We batter and bread our shrimp with our own special recipe that we cook per order.
We carry oyster year round fresh from louisianas fresh water marshes. Oyster is a seasonal seafood and such that it size varies. Depending on the size that we receive, which is usually no smaller than the size of a poker chip, we make sure that we fill your poboy sufficiently. Our oysters are also fried in our unique batter and breading cooked when you order it.
Another catch from our beautiful louisiana waters is our catfish. We receive the catfish 2-3 oz filets. Then we cut them in to even strips to be battered and breaded in our one of a kind recipe and cook to order.
Our burgers are seasoned to perfection and grilled just right leaving them as juicy as possible. The 7 inch po-boy has two hamburger patties each weighing in at 6 oz a piece. Thats a total of 12 oz (3/4 of a pound) per 7 inch po-boy. The 14 inch po-boy has 4 patties for a total of 24 oz (1.5 pounds) of ground beef.
Double Cheeseburger Poboy
This is our largest poboy. The 7-inch double cheeseburger has four of our juicy 6 oz. hamburger patties, total that 24 oz. (1.5 pounds). The 14-inch double cheeseburger has a whopping eight patties. 6 oz. x 8 patties= 48 oz. (3 pounds!)
Chicken Tender Poboy
For all our chicken items we use chicken tenders. The tender is that strip of chicken that is in the breast of a chicken. It is the juiciest and most tender piece of the chicken, hence the name given. We offer the chicken to be grilled or fried. For the grilled chicken you get three pieces that are marinated with our mixture of spices and herbs. Also for the fried chicken, is another generous three pieces that are marinated and battered and breaded with our own house recipe. Both the grilled and fried chicken are only cooked to order.
For the sausage, we use mandas. Its simply the best. The sausage is made from pork, beef, and chicken. We also offer it in a spicy and mild.
New York Cheese Steak Poboy
The n.y. Cheese steak is our roast beef, onions, and jalapenos that are chopped and cooked on the grill. When the vegetables and roast beef are done on the grill we put our provolone cheese to melt on top. The only topping we dress it with is mayonnaise.
The sub is more of an italian-american type of poboy. The sub features our baked ham, cooked salami, hard salami, pepperoni, american cheese, and provolone cheese.
The muffaletta is a special sandwhich. We use muffaletta bread and our home made olive dressing. The muffalettas features ham, cooked, salami, hard salami, american cheese, and provolone cheese.
The shrimp plate also uses fresh 70-90 (shrimp per pound) louisiana white shrimp. We batter and bread our shrimp with our own special recipe that we cook per order. We put approximately 28-30 pieces of shrimp on top of a bed of fries, also comes with a side salad, tarter sauce, a slice of poboy bread, and a drink.

The combination plate has our great fried shrimp, catfish, and oysters. We put approximately 10 shrimp, 4 strips of catfish, and 4 oysters. These seafood are also served on a bed fries, with a side salad with your choice of salad dressing, tarter sauce, a slice of poboy bread, and a drink.
The chicken tender plate features our juicy fried chicken with fries, a slice of our poboy bread, and a drink. You can choose from 3 pieces, 6 pieces, and 9 pieces.

Our hamburger on a bun is the same 6oz patty of 81-19 ground beef served on a fresh hamburger bun.

Burger Steak Plate
The burger steak plate is two of our 6oz hamburger patties grilled with onions served on top of a bed of fries that we glaze with our homemade gravy. This item also features a side salad with your choice of dressing, a slice of poboy bread, and a drink.
We use our same 6oz patty of fresh ground beef served on your choice of a hamburger bun or po-boy bread. It is dressed lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise, or any way you want it. It comes with a small fry and a drink.
