With several big-box stores up the street, it's no wonder that the traffic here streams from a loyal suburban clientele. A greenhouse entryway opens into a wide dining room jammed with roomy booths along the walls and across an exhibition kitchen. Waffles, flapjacks, crepes and fluffy baked omelets arrive hot from the grill all day long.
