In Short
With batik hanging from the wall, the Beatles playing in the background, and bean and rice dishes on the menu, Blind Faith Cafe is a throwback to the decade that gave rise to its namesake '70s supergroup. Seitan (a wheat-based meat substitute) slips into a variety of dishes here, from seitan Marsala with rich Italian wine sauce to Mongolian seitan stir-fry and seitan fajitas. Desserts include winners like vegan chocolate cake, complete with tofu ''buttercream'' frosting.
