Lori Mukoyama's stunning black-and-white decor shows what a difference downtown makes. This sister restaurant to Lincoln Square's Tallulah distinguishes itself from its predecessor with an extra coat of sheen. Shimmering white tablecloths and jazzy lounge music emulates 1940s-style glamour, while local couples indulge in the be-seen factor and a top chef's creations. Troy Graves's globally inspired menu takes things up a European notch. Spicy pomegranate glazed prawns with pumpkin panna cotta and pan-seared scallops with roasted pear risotto, Tallegio cheese and crispy prosciutto bespeak urban sophistication. A seasonal menu means rotating items can change like the wind.
