In Short
The State address is a technicality; this is as prime a Rush nightlife area address as it gets. Inside reveals progression from gritty pick-up bar to singles nightclub. The main floor features an island bar, manned by ace bartenders. High-tops line the perimeter. Further back, a stairwell splits: Upstairs find a small lofted dance floor equipped with too much sound and light for the cramped space, and downstairs, pretty much the same with the somewhat inconsequential addition of a few tables.
