In Short
Formerly occupied by Pluton, the two-story space is awash in lantern light and earth tones. Back-lit stone walls and a soaring flower-studded water-wall drive the spa look. The self-proclaimed ''liquor spa'' concept is evident in smart touches like gratis bottled water (summer) and toasty cocoa (winter) for patrons waiting outside. Chef Dale Levitski helped devise a battery of exotic cocktails in addition to his contemporary menu--the latter, savory items designed as part-and-parcel of premium bottle service.
