A swanky, seductively lit lounge leads into a posh contemporary dining room with a mineral palette, luxury appointments, snaking blown-glass Chihuly chandeliers and a spectacular Water Tower view through grand sloping windows. A separate sushi bar at the entrance seats a few diners. Classically trained French chef Christophe David creates exquisite, photogenic contemporary cuisine. Other-worldly risotto is a meltdown of toothy rice, Burgundy, Parmesan, chicken jus and pungent black truffle shavings. Servers ceremoniously pop the tops of Grand Marnier, raspberry and chocolate souffle puffs, pouring in flavor-rich sauces. Seamless service and world-class wines make it a favorite for business dining.
