At this high-style Gold Coast hangout, three bars and four posh lounges offer ample space for sipping martinis mixed by beautiful bartenders. The main V-shaped bar glows amber; the Library bar has a rich, dark feel. If you're here for just a bite, try the signature spicy rock shrimp and calamari, flavorfully fried with lobster remoulade.
