Go early or be prepared to wait at this basement-level restaurant, which is decorated in a Texas whirlwind of blue lights, painted lizards and cowhides draping the walls. The outdoor patio offers prime Lincoln Park people-watching, and the citrusy margaritas and fresh chips and salsa make the wait worthwhile.
