In Short
Sushi chefs chant behind the bar as they practice their craft, rolling maki and cutting generous slivers of nigiri for the young locals that fill the place. The sushi list includes more than 30 a la carte pieces, plus maki. Rolls include spicy tuna with scallions; the Rainbow, a combo of salmon, yellowtail, tuna and crab, rolled inside out; and the dragon roll with freshwater eel and avocado.
