This ''little'' version of the Taylor Street original is stripped down to the essentials: Glass displays, an oven bumping out heat, a suspended menu board and efficient counter workers prepped to take and bag orders. The menu has been cut down, too, although most of the favorites, from doughy pizzas to juicy pizzicottos (pizza/sandwich hybrids) are intact. One other remainder from the Little Italy spot: a snaking line of hungry patrons.
