Each ''101 series'' tray serves 4-6 people. Served with assorted olives, our own roasted nuts. Fresh-baked baguette and flat breads on the side.

stage one begins in the lle de France with the creamy, flavorful brie d'meaux, stage two through burgundy, with gorgeous bucheron chevre & creamy blue d'auvergne. Stage three is through the pyrenees, featuring the creamy sheep goodness of ossau-iraty. Declare victory with our French olive mix, baguette and flat breads.

the trip starts with an amazingly full-flavored aged sardinian podda, combined with a delightfully rich and nutty trugole and balanced by the soft, beefy, talegglo. melt in your mouth prosciutto san daniele, slices of finnochiona and other hand-made salamis start this Italian feast. Formaggi include savory, yet mild trugole, nutty pecorino toscano and fresh mozzarella with sundried tomato tapenade. Roasted long-stemmed artichokes, marinated white beans, & mixed Italian olives and our fresh-baked country breads and crispy flat breads.

when the occasion calls for substantial nibbling a la espanal savory slices of rich jamon serrano and hand-made spicy chorizo espanol team up with a trio of spain's classic cheeses: the nutty bite of artisan manchego, smokey ldiazabal and savory mahon with membrillo (quince paste,) plqullio peppers and assorted olives accompanied by our crusty, rustic breads & flat breads.
