The Scene
The only thing fancy about this seafood restaurant is the upscale neighborhood that surrounds it. Up front, find a low-lit dining room with tightly spaced wooden tables, a raw oyster bar and chalkboards featuring the day's specials. The nautical theme extends to a larger, more private back room, while a small patio can accommodate overfill during warm weather. Service is all business.

The Food
With a lengthy list of fresh catches, it's difficult to narrow to just one, so choose a combination platter. The crab and slab, which pairs tender barbecued ribs and several crab legs, and ''Cy's Favorite''--shrimp, crab and lobster--are exceptionally moist and meaty. Flaky baked tilapia gets a refreshing kick with a mango lime sauce; plump grilled scallops arrive with side of teriyaki for that sweet-sour tang. Most meals come with fries, baked or mashed potatoes or vegetables.
