Our most basic burger. 100% Ground beef hand-pattied on a kaiser bun. Add choice of cheese to make it a cheeseburger for an additional $0.49.
2. Mushroom Swiss $5.95
We're adding sauteed mushrooms and Swiss cheese to our classic Traditional Burger to make this a mouth watering delight!
3. Blue Cheese Bacon $6.25
Blue cheese crumbles on top of bacon make for a wonderful culinary treat.
4. Bacon Cheeseburger $5.95
Figure it out for yourself--and if you can't, here it is: bacon and cheddar on top of our classic Traditional hand-pattied burger.
5. BBQ Ranch $5.95
One of our soon to be world famous burgers, this one is awesome. We are adding Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce with ranch to our already delicious bacon cheeseburger. It's awesome.
6. Steve's Smash-Mouth $7.25
Please buy this one! Jose and I have a competition to see whose burger will sell better. With mine you get a half-pound of hamburger, bacon, sauteed mushrooms, and pepperjack cheese. It's huge, will fill you up, and oh so good.
7. Bistro Burger $5.95
We've discovered a bistro sauce that is wonderful so we're adding it to a burger to let you decide how great it is. This burger is also topped with pepperjack cheese to give it a slightly spicy kick.
8. Bishops Burger $5.95
From Crazy Cousin Paul's time in the Guatemalan monastery. He learned to dress burgers in Thousand island dressing and Swiss cheese. It's Devine.
9. California Burger $5.95
Borrowing from our top sandwich seller, the California Clup Wrap, we top this hand-pattied burger with avocado, ranch dressing and bacon.
10. Salsa Burger $5.95
It's Fiesta time! We use fiesta seasoning on this gourmet burger to give it a little kick and then top with salsa. If it makes you feel like dancing, feel free. Jose does offer salsa dancing lessons.
11. Italian Burger $5.95
We were thinking about the home country with this burger. We wanted some pepperoncinis, mozzarella, red peppers and marinara sauce. Ahh, to be in Italy!

13. Double Decker Pizza Burger $6.95
This slightly sloppy burger is definitely worth the dry cleaning bill. Between two delectable burgers is mozzarella cheese and our world class pizza sauce.

Bobby's time in the bayou certainly paid off. He offers up this tasty treat of his special brand of cajun spices, pepperjack cheese, and cajun-flavored mayo smothered on top of one of our hand-pattied burgers.

For the tough Texan in all of us. From our Lone Star State, this one is truly for the tough and the brave. We've developed a kinky concoction of hot BBQ sauce, hot sauce, crushed red peppers, and pepperjack cheese on Texas Toast.

How could we forget the Fighting Orange and Blue Illini? We couldn't and we have this wonderful mix of blue cheese crumbles with our zesty orange sauce to make this the original Orange and Blue Illini burger.
