Tuna Salad On Baby Greens
we top our baby greens with our private recipe tuna salad and dijon-vinaigrette.
Chicken Salad On Baby Greens
baby greens topped with our sweet chicken salad, cucumbers, tomatoes, sprouts, almonds, and an orange tarragon buttermilk dressing.
Greek Salad
kalamata olives, cucumber, tomato, feta cheese, and oregano on a bed of organic greens, dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Hummus And Eggplant Experience
rounds of toasted baguette served with sides of cucumber, tomato, hummus, and roasted marinated eggplant. some assembly is necessary. a perfect appetizer for two, or meal for one.
Turkey And Brie
mango chutney on toasted sourdough bread, topped with turkey and melted brie. this is served open-faced with a mini baby greens salad.
Goat Cheese
goat cheese, cucumber and roasted red pepper served on three rounds of toasted baguette.
Turkey And Gruyere
our most traditional sandwich is composed of smoked turkey breast, gruyere cheese, cucumber, sprouts and kopi's secret sauce served on toasted sourdough bread.
Kopi Carolina Rueben
a turkey sandwich with gruyere cheese and horseradish coleslaw served on toasted marbled rye bread.
Mediterranean
homemade basil pesto, tomato, and kasseri (a greek goat's milk cheese) between two slices of toasted rosemary olive bread.

our original curried egg salad with cucumbers, greens, and a currant almond trail mix.
