The Scene
A bustling breakfast crowd packs the place before hitting the slopes. Shaded chandeliers, blond-wood tables, comfy green chairs and maroon fabric wall coverings create a warm European vibe. Open in the mild months, an outdoor terrace overlooks the famed ice rink. Impressive wall displays of namesake Gretchen Fraser's skiing awards includes a gold medal from the 1948 Olympics.

The Food
A solid selection of breakfast items includes local specialties. Hearty breakfast dishes include a breakfast burrito with fluffy scrambled eggs, Jack cheese and salty chorizo covered in spicy green chili. Eggs Benedict is made with perfectly poached eggs covered in light hollandaise. Oversized pancakes are fluffy and bacon thick and crispy. Homemade bread and golden shredded hash browns are notable sides. Specialties include sauteed Idaho trout fillet served with two eggs. Lunch and dinner is also available, with sandwiches and salads for lunch, and steak and seafood for dinner.
