The Scene
Built on a pier inches above a lake, the building's half-glass walls puts patrons practically face-to-face with huge fish and surfacing sea turtles. A long bar wraps around the front; tables with wicker-backed chairs offer views of two open kitchens. Signature menu items include Roy's dim sum canoe, a mini-boatload of ahi poke, shrimp sticks, seafood potstickers, edamame and wood-fired Szechuan short ribs. Roasted macadamia nut mahi mahi and hibachi-style grilled salmon are more favorites.
