In Short
Named for a mountain range in the Canadian Rockies, this restaurant's interior has the atmosphere of a rustic hunting lodge. Talking animal heads provide side-show entertainment, but the primary attraction is the steak: prime cuts of sirloin, T-Bone, ribeye and prime rib. Hungry patrons are satiated by large portions of spit-roasted chicken, grilled salmon and Canadian jambalaya. Dessert lovers indulge with the chocolate ''moose'' cake, decadent layers of white chocolate mousse.
