In Short
Imported from Florida, this nouveau dining concept fixates on in-season ingredients and affordable plates. Bathed in amber hues, the stone-accented dining room seats up to 200 with ease. The changing menu offers a comforting array of crispy flatbreads, salads and starters. The surprise is that every dish-even goat cheese ravioli and caramelized sea scallops--is less than 500 calories. Signature dishes include cedar plank salmon and pork tenderloin medallions served over corn polenta.
