if one dish we have was set to surprise this would be it. flown in from nigeria, these pair of prawns are really quite big and smothered in a heady curry sauce.

a delicate fish deserves a light touch and that is what we have done in preparing this dish to accentuate, but not overpower the fish. a brothy ginger sauce is what sets it off, making for a great pairing.
