In Short
Loaded with authentic trinkets, antiques and boasting a festive porch, this two-story warehouse feels more like an upscale Mexican flea market than your typical cantina. And everything (yes everything) is for sale, from margarita pitchers to the homemade woven baskets hanging from the ceiling. Steering clear of overly-standard Tex-mex the food matches the atmosphere, blending stuff you could find off a taco truck with items seem almost fine-dine-y. Grilled shrimp come skewered on sugar cane, interestingly paired with a corn stuffed masa-cake and syrupy-sweet fried plantains. Fish and fresh guac pepper the menu giving more indication that this isn't your standard burrito-n-beans joint.
