The Scene
The rather basic exterior of the Ritz lacks dramatic impact. Once inside, though, you'll find lavish drop rugs, cherry wood furniture and chandeliers. The hotel is within walking distance to most of Buckhead's office buildings and Lenox and Phipps malls, and lies in close proximity to the highway. Unlike other Ritz-Carltons, its reputation for quality service is uneven.
The Amenities
