One of Juniper Street's more casual hangouts, this quirky spot, named after a John Waters character from the movie ''Polyester,'' caters to a neighborhood crowd. Located in the basement of a renovated house, Babs features breakfast dishes--omelets are the speciality--sandwiches, pastas and daily specials, including one low-carb entrée.
