In Short
With a shiny, Jetson's-like interior and geometric décor, this Midtown spot seems more fitting for a futuristic cocktail than earthy greens. But folks flock to this happy salad palace for their ridiculous number of potential salad combinations come lunch time. Those shying away from the mind-boggling number of toppings and dressings can order a chef-designed salad, neatly-packaged in a giant plastic to-go bowl. Wraps and homemade soups provide healthy pick-em-up alternatives while the homemade cookies defeat the purpose, yet are oh-so-good.
