In Short
Pillowy, whole-grain breads star at this red-brick bakery and cafe that offers views of Freedom Parkway and downtown Atlanta. The bread, baked from Montana-grown, chemical-free wheat and ground onsite in a wooden mill, serves as a foundation for simple sandwiches--shredded barbecue pork, herb-roasted turkey or chilled grilled vegetable. Downtown business folk, carb-starved Midtowners and Inman Park families come for the cream-cheese frosted cinnamon buns, muffins, cookies and bagels, which are all baked daily.
