Homemade baked goods and solid egg dishes dominate Atlanta's most popular brunch, whose secret weapon is an impossibly rich hollandaise sauce. The dinner menu appropriately is centered with well-prepared, contemporary comfort food. A gently pan-fried crab cake starter is competent; a lighter bet is the seasonal starter salad tossed with goat cheese. Entrees tend to lean on local and regional flavors, with Georgia mountain trout and Springer mountain chicken sitting alongside other comfy-cuisine like truffle mac 'n' cheese and a cracklin' pork shank.
