Really. At $3 a slice, it's hard to get better pizza. This, like any other Fellini's is good, consistent but doesn't have booths (or very few of them at least).read more

The Scene
Converted gas stations splashed with funky colors and blessed with large patios are the hallmark of this popular intown pizzeria chain. Order your slice or pie at the counter, and you'll receive a placard that shows the food runners where you're sitting. Service is speedy and generally slacker friendly. Half the fun of Fellini's is the crowd.
The Food
This inexpensive, easygoing locale is NYC-corner-pizzeria good, but not always consistent. For the most part, though, pies are crispy and well-crafted, and come with a long list of quality toppings (try the Fellini's special, extra anchovies). Salads--the usual assortment of iceberg lettuce, peppers, onions and olives with creamy Italian dressing--are especially good. The white pie is a crowd-pleaser.
