Functional and fast, this local burrito chain features a spiffed-up version of the mighty handheld meal. Thanks to some good basic flavors (cilantro-garlic steak, chipotle barbecue pork) and a generous hand with garnishes, these burritos are too heavy on beans-and-rice.
