In Short
Possibly the most exquisitely designed restaurant in Palm Beach, Echo was created with so much loving attention to detail that it's almost overwhelming. From the brushed steel chopsticks and geometric plates to the cobalt blue glassware, beauty is everywhere. Palm Beach's glitterati can't get enough of it, despite the noise and raucous. The menu, divided into ''themes'' of water, wind, earth and fire, draws on the cuisines of Vietnam, Japan, China and Thailand.
