The Vasiliadis family has been serving guests for over two decades. Some dishes have become local favorites, such as the calamari--fried and served with lemon wedges, onions and peppers. The Hercules Platter highlights Olympia's varied menu with tastes of roast lamb, marinated grape leaves, and spanakopita. Also included in the platter is moussaka, a hearty dish stacked with fried potatoes, eggplant, beef, and a bechamel sauce. Sticky and sweet baklava rounds out the experience.
