In Short
The interior is a tylish mix of traditional and moder with Japanese lanterns at every table and a sleek indoor rock garden. Waitresses are clad in kimonos. Order sushi as an appetizer and pick among a large selection of specialities for an entree. he whole fluke, cooked tableside on a rock, or the oroshini, fried flounder complemented by a radish soup. The sauteed shrimp and tempura comes deliciously prepared in a white lobster sauce with baby corn, mushrooms and snow peas. The pepper steak, served with a medley of vegetables in a smooth brown sauce, and the ginger pork, prepared with a spicy ginger sauce and vegetables, are among the specialties.
