Fuji doesn't have much room for decoration: Japanese lanterns, a few fish tanks and a large, well-lit sushi bar define the often-packed space. A large selection of favorites (salmon and tuna) and more eclectic offerings (tuna belly and flying fish roe) make up the bulk of the sushi orders.
