The dining area reflects a colonial Havana, featuring bright tile floors, stained glass windows, hand-stenciled chair rails and a mosaic fountain. The food, spiked with sweet-and-smoky spices, ranges from palomilla steak and shrimp Creole to the classic Cuban sandwich. Stick to the creamy flan for dessert--it does the classic dessert justice.
