Street Tacos
Warm corn tortilla served with chile de arbol salsa and filled with your choice of meat (two per order):

Pulled chicken seasoned with oregano, orange zest and garlic.

Slow baked achiote-marinated pork.

The manned tortilla-making station in the dining room is there to let you know it's fresh. The towering water wall with ceramic figurines of Acapulco divers to let you know it's Mexican.
