In Short
Co-owners Pung Nguyen and Kathy Manning create Vietnamese delicacies from a six-burner stove that barely fits in the restaurant's cramped kitchen. The wait for a table can be eternal--all food is cooked to order, so don't plan on eating here if you're in a hurry. On weekends, the wait can be three hours. But after one bite of the grilled lamb with curry sauce, you'll agree that the wait was worthwhile.
