In Short
From the outside, Juancho looks like an old Spanish villa. Inside, there are stone walls, comfortable wooden chairs, and low ceilings supported by heavy wooden beams. As in the Old Country, Spanish hams hang over a weathered wooden bar. Not to be forgotten, the food is as authentic as the surroundings. Paella is the specialty (served with either chicken or fish), but kudos to Juancho for having seafood flown in daily from Spain.
