In Short
Despite the somewhat stark setting, the place is comfortable, especially with views of the large galley kitchen or the wide Biscayne Bay. Formal but friendly waiters complete the elegant scene. The restaurant is famous for its Peking duck, and rightly so. Served with pancakes as an appetizer and stir-fried as a main course, it's utterly un-greasy and full of smoky, rich flavor. Plus, for $32.95, it's one of the best deals on the menu. Also good are the spring rolls, crispy pancake with minced chicken, and sea bass steamed in scallions, soy and ginger.
