The Scene
What you'll find at Taste of Thai is great food. What you won't find is an atmosphere suitable for romantic first-dates. With its vinyl-covered tables and straight-backed chairs, the setting is as sparse as the post office.
The Food
The crispy spring rolls make a perfect starter. Vegetarians will enjoy tofu entrees prepared with fresh vegetables. Chicken, fish and beef selections are also delightful. Go traditional with pad thai, or be adventurous with the pla lad prig, a whole fried fish on a bed of saut?ed onions, red peppers and basil. Taste of Thai's sweet peanut sauce (peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce and sugar) is so delicious, any dish including it is well-worth ordering.
