Made a few minutes ago, with roasted garlic, lime, cilantro and a little salt and topped with house-roasted pepitas for a little nutty crunch.
El Nacholu $6.99
Lu listens, chips, queso, black beans plus pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream make this nacho la bomba. (Add brisket, chicken or chorizo for $3.00).
Queso Fundido $6.95
Fried cheese like you've never had before! pan fried cheese smothered in sauteed mushrooms, roasted garlic. (Add chorizo for $1.50).
Queso $6.25
Translates to cheese in english. Yum.

Salads

Tacolu Salad $6.99
Mixed salad greens with avocado, tomatoes, jicama, house roasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds).
Grape Salsa Salad $6.99
Start with a delicious grape chipotle salsa (red grapes, almonds and a little heat) on mixed greens. You don't even need a salad dressing.
The Baja Salad $6.99
Roasted corn, crisp green beans, poblano chiles (for a little heat), served on a bed of mixed greens with our home-made cilantro-lime vinaigrette.

Baja Fish Taco $2.95
Straight from the streets of ensenada. Beer-battered mahi served on a homemade corn tortilla, with cabbage, pico, chipotle crema, cilantro, lime.
Bangin Shrimp $2.95
Asian-style fried shrimp served with cabbage, lime, chipotle crema on a soft flour tortilla.
Mahi $2.95
Blackened fish on a freshly-made corn tortilla with cabbage, fresh mango salsa and chipotle crema.
Tacolu Verde $2.95
Pulled chicken with our roasted tomatillo salsa and monterey jack cheese. Make it a little spicy with the chingona salsa.
Brisket $2.95
Beef brisket that has been braised in dos equis amber beer, served on a soft flour tortilla with our home-made ranchera sauce, poblano peppers, cotija cheese, diced onion and cilantro.
Carnitas $2.95
Pork braised in a mix of coca cola and orange juice. Melts in your mouth. Served on a flour tortilla with jack cheese, onions and cilantro.
Cheeseburger Taco $2.95
Ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and mustard.
Veggie $2.95
A hippie's delight, fresh spinach, roasted corn and sauteed mushrooms with cotija cheese.
Tempeh $2.95
(Lu originals) this soy based taco has tons of protein and flavor. Served with cucumber-avocado salsa and a splash of cilantro-lime vinaigrette.

Carne Asada $3.99
Skirt steak marinated in soy and lime juice served on flour with cilantro and onion. It's got so many flavors, you won't believe it.
The $10 Taco $4.99
(Lu originals) filet mignon, two cheeses, pico de gallo on flour tortilla. This taco should be $10; but it's not.
Scallop Taco $4.99
Blackened scallops on cabbage with a slice of avocado, chipotle cream and a lil splash of cilantro-lime vinaigrette.

Quesadillas

El Explosivo $9.50
Our beef brisket, sauteed onions, mushrooms with a guajillo chile sauce, an explosion of flavor, not a lot of heat.
Bangin Dilla $10.50
Just like the bangin shrimp taco, but way bigger and better, add spinach and corn and you're the man (or woman).
Cheeseburger $9.50 - $7.50
Over 1/4 but not quite 1/2 of a pound of seasoned ground beef, with all the cheeseburger goodness- lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and mustard. You'd be a fool to substitute any of it.
Quesadillas $2.00 - $1.50
Add black beans, spinach, roasted corn, or mushrooms to any quesadilla and we might not make fun of you for being boring. All the way.

Stacked Enchiladas

Roja $8.95
Freshly made corn tortillas, layered with beef brisket that has been slow roasted in dos equis amber beer and smothered in homemade ranchera sauce, a mexican tomato sauce, and mexican cheese. Comes with your choice of one side. (Add a fried egg $1.00).
Suizas $8.95
Freshly made corn tortillas layered with pulled, roasted chicken, topped with a creamy tomatillo sauce and monterrey jack cheese. Comes with your choice of one side. (Add a fried egg $1.00).

Henry's Queso Crunch $4.99
