My tuna was overcooked and had a bone in it. It was a "bonless" tuna, and it had a bone in it, AND it was overcooked. That should tell you a lot about this...read more

In Short
The menu includes more than two dozen kinds of fresh fish--broiled, baked, fried or mesquite-grilled. Try the grouper, mahi mahi, swordfish, yellowfin tuna, Florida lobster tail, fried clam strips, or a nine-ounce salmon steak deliciously marinated in lime juice, Italian herbs and honey. The Captain's Platter highlights two exceptional menu items--steamed lobster tail and mesquite-grilled shrimp. Steaks and salad round out the menu, but stick with what Straub's does best: seafood. And, of course, Key lime pie.
