In Short
The intimate, parlor-like room suggests an Ingmar Bergman set. Roses bloom on an antique sideboard beneath crystal chandeliers. Outdoor dining under a covered ''gazebo'' is reminiscent of Copenhagen's Tivoli Gardens with hanging blooms and white latticework. All meals commence with a tabletop mini smorgasbord including quavit-cured salmon, dilled cucumbers, beets, horseradish-flavored mushrooms, and herring in a sherry-tomato emulsion.
