Styled to evoke the feel of a Parisian café, the focal point of each restaurant is an open-flame stone oven, which swiftly turns out thin-crust pizzas, made-to-order panini and open-faced melts on Roman-style flat bread. Fresh ingredients--including mozzarella, tomatoes, buffalo chicken and secret-recipe dressings--are used in both the sandwiches and the long list of specialty salads.
