The Scene
The Rajun Cajun has no more than a couple of tables and a row of chairs, but somehow they fit in a live gospel choir during Sunday brunch. Use the cafe's small size to your advantage and sneak a peak at what the people next to you are eating.

The Food
Gumbo, jambalaya and barbecue ribs. Fried alligator, fried chicken and sweet potatoes in syrupy gravy. Just when you think it can't get any better than this, out come the crawfish. Savor a taste of the South with rich, stewlike etouffee. Customers are devoted to the all-you-can-eat buffet, where people ''get together for lunch every Friday like church for a $10 offering,'' according to one veteran. Getting up from the table can be tricky, so try to fill your plate in one trip.
