Grilled chicken with a chipotle barbecue sauce, mixed cheeses, tomatoes and seasoned tortilla strips tossed in a honey-lime dressing.

A 6-ounce lime-marinated, sauteed chicken breast with a roasted red pepper vinaigrette. Served with rice and black beans.

A fresh poblano pepper, flame-roasted and stuffed with grilled chicken breast, roasted tomatillo corn relish and Monterey Jack cheese. Served with a spicy chile relleno, rice and frijoles a la Hacienda.

Jumbo shrimp stuffed with cheese and jalapeno, wrapped in bacon, then grilled. Served with rice and frijoles a la Hacienda.

Sauteed jumbo shrimp served on a bed of our cream rice, black beans, Colorado sauce and a stacked cheese enchilada. Topped with our fresh lime cream sauce

Flour tortilla stuffed with fajita chicken, chile con queso, deep fried and smothered with pork green chile.
