In Short
Festive and filled with carnivores, this eatery attracts a diverse clientele, from downtown workers looking for a protein fix to families looking to fill up on all the all-you-can-eat meats. The menu includes a veritable feast of flesh: beef, lamb, pork, buffalo and more are brought to your table by ''gauchos,'' waitstaffers costumed as South American cowboys. Meats are all butchered Brazilian-style. There's also an enormous salad bar.
