In Short
Adjacent to the Oxford Hotel, this venerable restaurant reflects the tradition of Denver's oldest grand hotel--including having white-jacketed servers. The bar area, separated from the restaurant by a hallway, hosts an older crowd. Appetizers include calamari and baked Brie as well as bay shrimp in a puff pastry. Some of the more exotic entrees are halibut stuffed with Brie, shrimp, crab and dill, and the wonton citrus-crusted Hawaii tombo with plum sauce and wasabi cream.
