In Short
Even with red-checkered tables and worn wood accents, this steakhouse offers an upscale dining experience. All meats are broiled over hickory logs, imparting a delicious smoky flavor to each cut. The specialty sirloin and kingloin dry age for 21 days in an exhibition room, arriving perfectly cooked. Sides are a la carte. Try the marinated pooca mushrooms, like miniature portabellas. The O'Brien potatoes--hash browns with onions and peppers--add a nice variation.
