In Short
With its soft-yellow walls, artwork and well-placed tables, this small restaurant feels spacious and comfortable. The seasonal menu changes monthly and features unusual dishes such as green-tea poached sea bass. Even the macaroni and cheese includes juicy chunks of lobster smothered in creamy mascarpone sauce. Other entrees include grilled beef tenderloin and rack of Colorado lamb. For dessert, there's carrot and raisin griddle cakes topped with rum ice cream and syrup.
