In Short
Inside the historic Baur's Building, Victory features high-ceilings, chandelier lighting, wall-spanning mirrors, black-and-white tiled floors and Oriental rugs. Intimate wooden booths the color of dark chocolate are often filled with cuddling couples noshing on dishes like lobster ravioli pooled in tomato cream sauce. Other entrees include aged Angus steaks and pesto-encrusted Colorado lamb chops sided with horseradish mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Some of the dessert options are from Baur's turn-of-the-century recipes.
